Rules
- Please select the year, month, and day of the calendar you want to create in the provided input form. The default value is today.
- Then, the converted calendar will be automatically displayed below. Copy the calendar you like the most from the options.
- The results may look different depending on your device environment.
- It will not be displayed correctly if Unicode is not properly supported.
Please read
- The special horizontal line characters that support the structure of the calendar may appear shorter or longer depending on the environment where you view the text. Also, even if it looks normal on snskeyboard, the shape may look distorted in the actual place where you use it. This is unavoidable because it depends on how the device reads the text. Using a monospace font like Courier New usually solves this easily, but please also refer to the compatibility results we provided after testing the characters in various environments. In addition, you can save the calendar as an image, so try using the saved image for Instagram stories or decorative purposes.
Ascii Calendar
This service is a magical tool that generates beautiful calendars using only text and special characters. Because it's pure text, you can copy and paste it anywhere you can type—WhatsApp, Instagram, blogs, emails, you name it! We have 20 different designs ready for you, and with just one click, you can even save them as clean, transparent-background images.
Detailed Instructions
It's super easy to use! First, choose the year, month, and day at the top of the screen, and the date you pick will be beautifully highlighted on the calendar. You can always click "Reset to Today" to quickly jump back to the current date. Next, browse through the "All", "PC/Editor Friendly", or "Mobile/Messenger Friendly" tabs to find the perfect calendar style for your specific needs. Once you find your favorite one, simply click the Copy button underneath it and paste it (Ctrl+V) wherever you like. If you are worried about the text formatting breaking on certain apps, just click Save as Image (Black/White). It will download your calendar as a pretty image file with a transparent background! We highly recommend saving with white text if you plan to share it on apps using dark mode.
Troubleshooting
add It looks great on my PC, but when I send it via mobile messenger, the lines are all messed up!
This is a natural issue caused by different devices handling character widths differently (proportional vs. monospace). Try clicking the 'Mobile/Messenger Friendly' tab and use those specific styles! Alternatively, using the 'Save as Image' feature is a perfect workaround.
add I pasted it into my blog or Notion, but the box borders look a bit weird.
Try changing the text font in your editor to a 'Monospace' font or put it inside a 'Code Block'. You'll see the calendar perfectly aligned!
Examples of Use
You can use these adorable calendars in so many creative ways! When sending out party or meetup invites in your group chat, just add the calendar at the end saying, "Check the calendar below!" to add a fun, visual touch. You can also place a monthly calendar at the top of your text-based blogs or diaries to give them an aesthetic vibe. For developers, it's a fantastic way to pin the start date of an awesome project on your GitHub README using cool ASCII art. Moreover, it's incredibly useful for sending out clear, eye-catching announcements to your study group or club members about your next gathering.
